Staff have an attitude problem. Especially when it comes to elder patients. If you can’t work with or have the patience to care for patients who are elderly, then you should not have a job in health care. PERIOD. It does not give you the right to get snarly or mean with a patient by replaying “I don’t want to hear about it” if a patient is asking for something regarding being in pain. Actually disgusting. Again get a different job if you can’t be respectful at your grown adult ages.
