Caring. It's what we do best. We are committed to caring for your loved one. Your loved one will receive quality, skilled care that meets their unique needs. We are grounded in the golden rule: " Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." These are some of the comments on your flyer. These statements are false. Our experience was the opposite. I admitted my friend whom I take care of at home on Dec 3rd. I knew I was taking a chance with this facility. This was my friend's home for 1 yr and 6 months. I needed to go out of town for over a month. I took a step of faith and reached out to Antonio for a possible admission. Antonio is great. My friend was approved. I was so grateful. When I was told what hallway she was going to be staying. I knew it was a possibility it wasn't going to be good. I decided to place a camera in her room. The best decision I made. My friend is dx with Alzheimers. It is very important that she experience the basic care. She was not given the that opportunity. I frequently reached out to the DON for help. She did the best she could. My friend would be considered a total care because of her Dx. I had to call for help because: 1. Some CNA'S did not bring towels for morning care. 2. They do not at times change my friends pull-up. 3. AT times No shower. 4. Tampered with the camera. (Staff) 5. Hair wasn't combed. 6. Prior to me leaving town. I found my friend sitting in feces. I made it clear my friend has declined so, the staff has to take her to the bathroom..... 7. The attitudes of the disrespectful CNA'S is so unprofessional. This was hallway 200. I had hoped it would be different. Because of the tampering with the camera and the lack of care my friend was moved to another hallway. (600) Please know some CNA'S do not take residents to the bathroom every 2 hrs. They allow them to sit all day without help. I called several times to speak with the nurses amd also texted the DON to make them aware that my friend wasn't being taken to the bathroom after breakfast or lunch. After Multiple calls and text messages I was told the staff was taking my friend to another bathroom. Or she refused to go. I understand her refusing but, try again...... hallway 600 was a little better not great. I picked My friend up on Feb 6th..... her dentures were very dirty(uppers) her lower dentures were missing. I sent a text to the DON. SW called me . I was told to keep looking for the dentures. Where am I going to look?????? The Facility will not be replacing her dentures. Her skin was extremely dry. She smelled. Her urine was extremely dark brown. ( dehydration) I left bottle water at her bedside. My husband was the only one besides maybe 2 CNA'S who would give my friend water. The bottle that my husband would leave at her bedside would be the same one until he came back to visit. Remember I had a camera in the room. She loss weight. Her hair was in bad condition. I am still waiting for the administrator to reach out to me. Oh, yes my friend is back being incontinent. I would not suggest anyone to put their love ones in this facility. Do not be fooled by the appearance of the decor. If you love your family please protect them. The nurses on duty they do not make consistent rounds Especially on night shift. 3/13/25 I am still waiting for a response from corporate.

They are always short workers. When you pressed the call button it takes any where between 15-30 minutes for someone to come to the room.
