They dropped my loved one from a hoyer lift. They let him fall twice. They failed to get him to a critical doctor's appointment twice. The billing department is pycho. The bill was not even 30 days old they threatened a lien on the house. A wallet came up missing. Avoid this nursing home if you love your loved ones

It is a very nice and clean place helpful works they help me get back to where I was before I would tell everyone to come here if they need to

This place is trash. Incompetent leadership, care and nurses. It starts at the top. 1. Urine on the floor and there was blood in it. No one kept her room clean unless we got upset and then housekeeping showed up and half cleaned the room. 2. When we pressed the call light, they respond 10-15 minutes later! My hell, this place is terrible. My grandmother peed all over herself multiple times. 3. Showing decent respect to visitors. 4. Refused basic care because this staff is not educated and with incompetent leaders. 5. NURSE, has the audacity to say, “you are not going to tell me how to do my job” when we expressed concern when the nurse refused to give her a clean bowel bag. Is it understaffed? No one has pride in their job? Poorly ran facility? Incompetent leadership? What is happening here? A lawsuit waiting to happen. Get new management, better training and turn this place around.
