Village Park Peachtree Corners

Village Park Peachtree Corners is an wonderful community. The property is stunning, the dinning options are exceptional, and they provide an beautiful and supportive environment that helps residents age-in-place gracefully.

Please, please do not take your loved one here. My parents have been there now over a year and it has been one nightmare after another. The most recent is my father had an "unexplained fall". Med tech found Dad on the floor at 6:45am and at 11am my sister went to pick up Dad to go to church and found Dad soiled in his desk chair alone and he was super confused. None of us kids received a phone call about the fall or that he was confused. We took Dad to the ER thinking he was having a stroke, spent 5 days in the hospital and no evidence of a stroke, but Dad wouldn't walk. Eventually got him back to Village Parks and asked if Dad would get extra care and we got the standard answer "absolutely, just tell Dad to hit his pendant". We'll we have witnesses the all talk and no show before so we hired a personal sitter of our choice, not theirs to be with Dad 24/7 an extra $5k a week!! And the first 3 nights the sitter hit the button because Dad is too confused and weak to do it and what do you know NOBODY comes!! Knowing we have a sitter that can tell us what is going on and they still made no effort!! So what is happening there when no one is watching!! I will post more nightmares later!!! I want families going through this tough time like us to know about this place so they don't make the same mistake we did!!! There will be more stories!!

Great place very clean. The staff is very helpful. The ED Octavia Badger goes over and beyond. I will refer this property to anyone looking for assistant living.
