This place are terrible, all they want is more money. They charge you for things that aren't authorized just to make things easier so they can do less. To much upper management and less hands-on for the residents. This home isn't willing to transport to doctors appointments and won't use residents insurance for medication only the private mail pharmacy that isn't covered by insurance so they don't have to do their job of medication management that is something that is paid for in the residents monthly bill, extra charge of course.

This used to be a great place, however please beware of new corporate owners who have instituted a lot of changes (for their profit) at the detriment of residents. A lot of the staff appear to have left in this transition - consider looking elsewhere if you are able to.
