This is an amazing facility . All the staff , including the hospice nurse , Karen , takes great pride caring for patients - including my loved one .

I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. My grandmother was constantly neglected — unbathed, in the same clothes for a week, and sitting in her own urine. The staff seemed annoyed if we asked questions. This place should be shut down.
