Walnut Place

Our relative has been a resident of Walnut Place, 5515 Glen Lakes Drive, Dallas, Texas, for almost a year. She has received excellent care from the aides and medical staff. Also, Walnut Place’s physical environment is exceptionally attractive, comfortable and impeccably clean. It feels like a four-star hotel. But most importantly, Walnut Place is well managed. The management and administrative staff at Walnut Place are exceptional. Svetlana Santic, the Director of Community Relations, is very welcoming and friendly, but also professional, compassionate, and kind. A combination not often found in today’s business community. We feel so fortunate to have found Walnut Place and we are so appreciative for how they care for our relative and for us. Thank you, Svetlana, and the rest of the staff at Walnut Place

When I first walked into Walnut Place, I felt at ease, and touring the facility and meeting the staff there has only made me feel more secure about making this decision. Anyone going through it knows how agonizing it can be. Working through this process with me has been Svetlana, the Director of Community Relations. She has been great. Always available to answer my questions and so very helpful working with me through the application and getting the move situated. I can't thank her enough. Very easy to work with. Much appreciated.

We have been so happy with Walnut Place. The caregivers, med techs, nurses, physical and occupational therapists, front desk, etc always go above and beyond and truly love my parents. Both of my parents have different needs and Walnut Place is able to accommodate them. Walnut Place feels like family!
