The Waverly Inn team could not have done a better job showing us around, helping us prepare my mom’s room, and welcoming her when she arrived. All questions were answered. The team was super friendly and made the whole process as smooth as possible. From the sales representative Karen, to Alex the facilities manager, to Lauren the property manager, everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. It seemed like the pictures were hung on the wall before I set them down! And when my mom arrived, two of the residents who are “Ambassadors” were at the front door to greet her. How sweet. A++ grades for the whole gang who seem passionate about excellence.
