My mother was at Skye Canyon for two weeks. The nurses and staff were friendly and helpful, and attentive. Good food with a great variety of options. Very good physical therapy program and activities for patients. Rooms are large and comfortable.

Staff is pleasant Nurse Diana is fabulous. She answers your questions and follow up with your responses.

EVERY single one of the 1 stars are relatable, as my mother was in this facility for nearly a month. Her personal experience was quite alarming, as she was timid and afraid to complain. She feared retaliation, as one of the 1 star reviews explained during his stay at this facility. When my sister went to visit her, she heard a patient from another room screaming out, "HELP HELP" over and over. No one came. The 5 star ratings of this facility not only gives me pause, but makes me second guess the authenticity of some of its writers. With the exception of very few staff members, this place was beyond deplorable, uncompassionate & uncaring, poor follow through, aloof & non-engaged, angry Dr, and overall lack of empathy. They allow their phones to ring, and do not return calls 99% of the time. I assure you that ALL complaints against this place is not hyperbole !! PLEASE reconsider sending your loved one to this facility.
