The Hong Kong fish market is more organized than Welbrook. Pray that you never have to get them to get your paperwork or medications in the right place at the right time. They are trying to get it right and that counts Maybe they are getting better with time.

If your parents are old and they are here get them out before it's to late. I had to call 911 to get my out and transfer to the hospital. This place thinks they can do what a hospital can do. They should have transfer her to the hospital right away. But they didn't . Any nursing home should know that they are not a hospital

My husband was discharged to this facility and became more ill. Staff would bring him food and then not care if he even tried to eat it. I explained to them that he would drink ensure if nothing else. They would at least open it for him, but then walk away and let him spill it all over himself. And then leave him sitting in a puddle for hours until I came in and had to actually request that someone come in and clean him.
