Her creativity, energy, and dedication shine through in everything she does. It’s clear she’s committed to enriching the lives of every resident through meaningful engagement and purposeful activities. What truly sets Wellington Manor apart is its personalized approach to care. Each resident receives individualized attention based on their needs, preferences, and abilities, because no two people are the same, especially when navigating the challenges of aging or cognitive changes. Equally important is the presence of two full-time Certified Dementia Practitioners on staff. Having CDPs in the building every day ensures residents with memory care needs receive specialized, informed support. Families can feel confident knowing their loved ones are cared for by professionals trained in communication, behavioral support, and dementia-specific planning. Wellington Manor is also committed to serving the broader community through its Dementia Caregiver & Family Support Group. This group provides education, understanding, and a safe space for families and caregivers to share experiences, gain resources, and feel less alone in what can often be an overwhelming journey. It's another example of how the team goes beyond traditional care to uplift and support the entire community.
