I visited Wellspring today and was very impressed by their new leadership team’s huge improvements. The staff were great, very friendly and responsive, the other residents and patients were also friendly and happy, the facilities were immaculate, and the food was amazing, too. I highly recommend.

Wellspring has been a wonderful facility for my wife. I could not do what they are doing on a 24/7 basis. In particular, they have a nurse, Dana, that is constantly going above and beyond to take care of "everyone". She does it all. I complimented her after two weeks because she was so impressive. I am complimenting her now after four months. She is the pinnacle of what a nurse is AND the rest of the staff in the Memory Care unit is also very good. I looked at 12 facilities before choosing Wellspring in Cincinnati. Aside from great staff, the facility is clean, the food is restaurant grade, and the aide staff is very compassionate.
