I have waited probably two or three years to really come out and speak, but I’m gonna go ahead and speak. I was an employee there sometime ago and it started off awesome I loved the CNA‘s there. They were awesome and the patients there were great they always have beautiful stories to tell the only thing that I didn’t like is the fact that I feel like I will set up from the beginning when I started at this place KC Is the activities director but one thing about her she can be two-faced as well. She’ll look at you and make it seem like she likes you but on the other end, it seems like she’s trying to set you up to get fired when you work under her please make sure that you ask all questions that you need to ask and if she just gives you a book to read about driving her van to take patients places, please make sure that she goes over it with you because she gave me a pamphlet to drive her van and expected me to just know everything instead of giving me a video of the van to study on and I just feel like she threw me to the dogs. Honestly, I enjoyed my time there while I did, but you just have to be careful of certain people here at this facility. I’m happy I left when I did and my uncle was at that facility and we took him out after being there for a brief moment. He wasn’t there very long, but he has sores on him due to the staff, not caring for him properly and that’s not good. I wouldn’t even let them take care of my goldfish if I sent my fish there or my dog, I miss the patients that I used to see every day, but I had to step down my position there because everybody is out to get everybody there and if they don’t like you, they’re gonna try to get you out of there or set you up to be fired so if I were you, please do not send your loved ones to this facility and if you’re a CNA or a nurse, there’s better places out there than this place what I said is not nasty or ugly what I said is the truth and I just heard recently from one of the janitorial staff that things there are not going good. It’s Very bad there I’m not gonna speak on who mentioned to me that things are not going good, but I ran into this person at a store and this person mentioned to me that things are not going well and this person is happy that I left when I did So to hear this from Staff there that must mean that something isn’t right there and their administrative side needs to kinda do better on who they bring into that building as far as caring for Loved ones

Most of the staff were pleasant however some were awful. My mom had a procedure done not only without anesthesia but also she wasn't given any antibiotics so she ended up with sepsis. There were roaches & bugs throughout my mom's room. The physical therapist schedule was lacking & also they didn't make sure that my mom showered everyday. It just seemed to me that overall things should've /could've been better.
