Laurie and Cathy have been extremly helpful i love both of them they are Angels on Earth everyone is so friendly here at Westchester made me feel right at home Dee is very kind as well helped me with something i was struggling with so bad and made it easy for me i would personally like to thank these 3 ladies for all they do the care its not just a job for these ladies thank you all so very much❤️ The food is good , room is nice and the gifts so unexspected and so nice thankyou cathy you didnt have to however, it was much appreciated i have worked in healthcare for a long time so i have been in and out alot of facilitys in Jacksonville and i will say Westchester is a true Gem so if your looking for a place for yourself or a loved one i would seriously recommend them.

If you’re looking for exemplary service, great empathy and a knowledgeable staff, Westchester does not disappoint. Laurie Turner was always 2 steps ahead at every turn, making the overwhelming challenges of transitioning a loved family member to assisted living. I return home knowing my brother is in good hands in a protected environment. I am at peace!

I happened to witness our Med Techs save a neighbor's life last night at dinner. The man at the table next to me was choking. They tried the Heimlich maneuver to no avail. Then in tandem, the two techs performed CPR while moving the man into a room with a defibrillator. They continued life-saving measures until fire rescue arrived! The MedTech's were cool, calm and professional. It was amazing! Thank you, heroes!
