Walked out with a bill and did not get the help that I went there for. Went in for help with anxiety only to be offered a benadryl comparable. Also asked for a refillable nausea med only to get a half prescription that is not refillable. The PA was very nice, the MA only meh. After being afraid of medical gaslighting and refusal of care, they lived up to what I was afraid of. Thanks for billing my insurance company and not helping. They did tell me to get a PCP, I had one until they let Dr Bybee go. So absolutely no help.

Doctor Franklin thought it would be a good idea to take a nap while my girlfriend and I waited over 2 hours for her infant son's blood work to come back with no mention to the rotating nurses whatsoever. Sorry we were such an inconvenience!
