I want to give a huge shout out of the amazing team at Westwood! Dr. Wong is a fantastic knowledgeable doctor . She is loving and caring as well.🙏🏼🥰 There's so many wonderful people taking care it my Mommy every single day and night. They are kind , professional and I appreciate their constant communication. I also want to give a shout out to Regine my case manager, Maricel the Kaiser coordinator. Michael PT and his incredible team. A special mention to Andrea, Elvira, And nurse Glenn. There are so many people I want to thank. My mom is improving every day. I hope to have her home soon. ❤️❤️❤️🫶🙏🏼

Family member had ~2 month rehab following major hospitalization. I have nothing but positive comments for the day-to-day staff; great communication, courteous at all times, and therapists/nurses/social workers were great with patient care and treatment. It was easy to make friends with the staff, and many goodbye's were exchanged at discharge. The facility is large, clean and well kept. One star removed due to issues with medicine changes made by facility doctors without consultation with Patient/Family/PCP, and the location can sometimes feel cramped/busy (especially if placed in a 3-person room). Parking can also be tricky as the lot is filled most days; street parking is available but may require a walk.

Thank you to Westwood Post-Acute! I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the amazing team at WW where my husband is currently receiving rehabilitation care. Special appreciation to the Kaiser Team led by Dr. Allen, and to Case Manager Kay- who truly goes above and beyond- along with Vanessa,Kendra and Christina. Thank you nurse Ashley, Brian Tx Nurse, CNA Ethan, CNA Elvira, and the entire staff for their excellent care and compassion. The rehab team is outstanding, and the facility is impressively clean. We are truly grateful for the care and support provided.
