If you read the reviews you might not ever send a loved one to Wexner Heritage. My father was there for 24 days and the care and love that was shown was amazing. Building staff are professional and laid back. You read alot about the food and it is just fine no its not 5 star dining but taste is just fine and portions are generous. Overall very happy about my choice to place Dad here for his rehab and dialysis. Thank you all very much

#1The option to choose ZERO(0) stars should most definitely be available!! Especially when reviewing a facility such as this!!! The fact that they are still operating and receiving any form of payment on the state or government level is complete and utter insanity!!!!! How these entities consider a below minimum, deplorable conditions, bottom of the barrel, unclean facility, along with uncouth, low vibration and extremely unprofessional employees to still receive funding is a sin and a shame! The dark energy that hovers the inside and outside of this facility alone will tell you everything you need to know before it actually manifests! I beg anyone who loves and cares about their loved ones to never, ever, ever, ever consider this facility as an option!!!! My Mom is my World! What she went through here is something I wouldn’t even want karma as payment to my worst enemy!! I myself called 911 to the facility to have her rushed to the Emergency Room after her being there about 5 days for supposed rehab. My Mom was in septic shock, in critical condition and placed in ICU. This is not ok!! Completely unacceptable and the Facility needs and will be held liable!!!!!

This place is staffed with people who are under paid, over worked, and yet not enough staffing to handle the patient load. In the upstairs "SkilledNursing area on the second floor, almost all of the phones in the patient's rooms are broken, so they can't make outbound calls. The bed linen, towels, and wash clothes are cleaned " in- house", Therefore, are not sanitized; the are dingy, worn, and appear to still have blood stains and dirt on them. The blankets look as though they came from a thrift store. The rooms look like a small dorm room. The bathroom in the rooms do not have showers in them, just a sink, toilet, cabinet for toiletry storage. The T.V in the rooms, sometimes work and sometimes not, depending on what side of the building the patient is staying on. The food just so-so. As far as the patients being seen regularly by a doctor, that's a joke...the place is ran " remotely". As far as activities being planned for the patients, they may have 6 things within the whole day planned; for the most part, the T.V. is their baby- sitter
