A few years ago as we looked into placing my mother into a care facility and we picked Willow Springs which turned out to a perfect fit and a great decision. The staff and nurses at the facility are amazing. They all loved on my mom and made us feel as family. Even in the final days of my mom they showed her respect and loved on her as if she was their own family, and for our experience I can not say enough good things about Willow Springs.

My sister, age 77, has been a resident at Willow Springs Memory Care since Nov. 2023. It was a hard decision to move her from an assisted living community in Sacramento to Willow Springs, but it was the best decision that we could have made for her. We researched all of the memory care facilities in Redding and visited our top 3 choices. Willow Springs was far and above the others. You immediately felt that they had a real understanding and concern for making my sister feel welcome and comfortable. There is laughter, music, dancing, hugs throughout the day by everyone. There are always various activities/clubs for the residents based on their interests as well as family activities. The food is delicious! Trish, the director, is involved with and knows all the residents and their families. She, as well as the other directors, nurses, and care staff, are always available to listen and talk with you. It really feels like a family. The support group for families meets twice a month and has been so helpful for me in hearing other’s experiences, asking questions, getting suggestions and feeling supported. I know that my sister is happy, safe, valued, and will be supported throughout her life. I cannot thank everyone at Willow Springs enough❤️!
