The director Crystal Austin was amazing. She held our hand through the entire process of getting my father-in-law into the facility. She offered helpful tips, answered questions immediately and just gave overall empathy for what we were going through. She loves her job and loves connecting with seniors and has the best positive outlook of anyone I have ever met. For anyone who has gone through the process of getting their loved one into a safe facility, I couldn't recommend Crystal enough. And looking forward to seeing all that Willowbrook can offer.

She loved the care they provided such as doing her hair and nails. They also showed love to myself and my dog Sadie. Thanking them and the rest of the care staff for all they do.

The environment here is warm, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. From the moment you step inside, you’re met with friendly faces, warm greetings, and a sense that the staff truly cares. The meals are top-notch—more like a restaurant than a retirement community—and the entire property is beautiful, inside and out. Her apartment feels like home, and we’re confident in the level of care she receives, whether or not we’re visiting that day. Willowbrook has been a blessing.
