Some of the staff are good workers. But they do have their problems. Be warry and call the Social Worker Cathy to get a rundown of the quality they provide. I worked there as a Certified Nursing Assistant, and I was burnt out a lot. Their staffing is short just as every other healthcare facility. But they do have quality caregivers.
