Horrible place, unreliable undertrained staff, shoddy house keeping, an RCC (resident care coordinator) who would rather bully and harass staff then care for the residents or cover shifts. Drama! Drama! Drama! Lack of care for Residents. Untrustworthy staff. If you care for your loved ones avoid at all costs!

Horrible parking. Between their employees, residence and visitors there's never a parking spot to find! They care more about profits than they do about parking convenience when building this location. It makes it hard to visit loved ones :-(
