I would like to compliment CNA Marie Rene for her care toward our sister who is a resident at Woodbine. She makes sure our loved one is clean and cared for. As she makes her rounds to her patients, she checks to ask our sister if she needs anything. I have observed her consideration for other residents as well as our sister.

Two weeks ago, someone from the facility went into my mother's room and took her wheelchair. As of 9/25/25 my mother's wheelchair has not been found. I am extremely upset 😡

The staff is very caring and friendly. They have a very hard job and they do it with smiles. The NPs and the Palliative NP are all wonderful. My sister had a seizure and Fatima, her nurse was wonderful and immediately leaped into action. The CNAs Kelly and Lucy were also wonderful
