If there was a way to rate this a 6 star facility, I would. The staff is led by a wonderful administrator who everyday commits to providing exceptional service. Clinically they are led by an equally amazing DON. The Tx nurse knows exactly what she is doing and how to care for the patients that she has in her care. The needs for the patients are always put first before the ones caring for them. I can only hope that other facilities are led by their exceptional example that this facility displays on a daily basis.

My brother is coming from another SNF and the name I will not say but I was very disappointed with his care there. My brother has barely been at Wurzbach for almost a week and in this week I have seen such a positive change in him. The Admission was smooth and all the staff from Admissions to Therapy dept., wound care, nursing, CNAs, housekeeping not to forget the BOM,DON,SW and Administrator! Everyone has gotten involved in his care and he has received exceptional care. The facility is excellent in communicating with me, they are all extremely compassionate, dedicated, knowledgeable. I just can't Thank everyone there enough in the short time my brother has been there! I am so Blessed and greatful to be able to say that my family and I are very fortunate to have found a " home like" atmosphere for my brother to finally call HOME!!!*****
