My mom is enjoying living at Wyndham Lakes. Although, her tv isn’t working properly and hasn’t worked properly since she moved in. She has called, I’ve called and no one comes to fix it, she moved in first week of August… it took a month to replace the lightbulb in her ceiling fan. She asked for someone to spray for bugs.. she was told they be there Friday.. that was 3 weeks ago. I’m not sure what the problem is?

I had a wonderful experience, I needed to move my mom into senior living. The transition was quick and easy. They helped answer all questions and even helped fill out the paperwork. The tour we took was beautiful and She was moved in there in just a few weeks. She loves it has made friends and loves the covered walkways, and the dining hall. Wyndham lakes is a great community. 5 stars!
